A recovered industrial space of over 500m2 in the heart of the Prati district in Rome available for private and corporate events
HISTORY
The space, located in Piazza Bainsizza 13, (Prati District) is developed within the former ATM depot built in 1919.
Considered an example of industrial architecture from the early 20th century, over time it has lost its productive vocation while still remaining an area of great historical and architectural value.
SPACE
The space develops along the perimeter area of the former tram depot, in a building where the ticket office and offices were located with large rooms, high ceilings and large windows.
Even today everything is modulated in environments that once respected their function with tangible traces of their past use
